I offer prompt, professional in home service. This includes fine tuning, which I have been doing for over 30 years. I also offer voicing, repairs and regulation. (These terms are explained on the "Piano Service" page.) Serving the entire Metro Detroit area.

New, used, reconditioned and rebuilt pianos are available for sale. Pianos can be seen by at my rebuilding shop and showroom in Grosse Pointe Park, MI. The piano showroom is open 10 to 6 Monday through Saturday; if I'm out tuning, there's generally a receptionist in the adjoining office to let you try out pianos. There's never a pushy salesperson!

Complete piano restoration service. This includes restringing, pinblock replacement, action rebuilding, refinishing, key rebushing and keytop replacement. I offer installation of CD player systems in pianos. I also restore antique instruments in a historically correct manor.

What is an RPT? A Registered Piano Technician must pass a series of rigorous examinations on the maintenance, repair, and tuning of pianos. The exams are given by the Piano Technicians Guild, a not for profit association of piano technicians. They also provide a continuing education in piano technology.
